At Collector's Cage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 14 days of receipt provided it remains in its original condition with all security tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all designer dust bags, authenticity cards, and Collector's Cage tags are included.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists have inspected the item to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
